Refund policy

Time Limits
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Stock items that are still in their original packaging may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase subject to a 35% restocking charge. Certain items will not be accepted for return if used and not in like new condition. Discontinued or non-compliant products will not be accepted for return.
Custom etched items are non-refundable. We understand that mistakes can happen while ordering, so please contact us with any questions you have about re-ordering a custom etched item. Kingdom Artisan is not responsible for typographical errors made by the customer at order entry.

Customized designs or special request items are not refundable. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Please note that if you gave the Design Team a Tip when you placed your order, it cannot be refunded. Also, if you paid for Priority Care Shipping Insurance, it cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of time. Please contact your credit card company or bank for specific refund posting times.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing times before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@kingdomartisan.com
Clearance Sale Items
Clearance priced items marked 60% off or greater may not be refunded, as those items cannot be restocked. Please ask a customer service rep if we can make an exception in your case.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@kingdomartisan.com
Shipping
To return your product, you should email support@kingdomartisan.com for complete return eligibility inquiries.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary. Please allow at least 10 business days for re-delivery.
