Shipping Policy


We strive to have all in stock orders shipped within 48 hrs, and all remaining orders processed, etched, and delivered within 10-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your order is shipped from our location in Hernando, FL, you will receive an email confirmation indicating your package has shipped, along with the tracking number. Please be advised: If you are ordering a CUSTOM item, the processing and shipping times can take longer, especially during peak shopping times and holiday seasons. 

Unfortunately at this time, due to COVID-19, we do not offer local pick up for orders.

*Note that in rare cases, shipping times may vary due to availability, restocks, new collection releases, and heavy sales events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.

Please note all shipping and delivery times are estimates given by the couriers and may be affected by Covid-19, inclement weather, high order volumes, and peak holiday seasons. Please note, these delays are out of our control.



Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled - that is because our fulfillment team is working as quickly as possible to get all orders shipped to you ASAP!



*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received, and/or where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made within 5 days after “delivery date” and no longer than 15 days after delivery date, to ensure it was not mis-delivered, or easily found around the premises. Orders over $100 will require a police report. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint scan.

If you have Priority Care protection and need to file a claim, please contact us ASAP.

If you opt-out of Priority Care at checkout, your order will not be insured.

Once your order leaves our facility, it is the liability of the postal courier. Kingdom Artisan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lost/stolen packages are non-refundable.



Kingdom Artisan is not responsible for international duties, taxes, or fees. Duties, taxes and custom fees vary depending on your country, and the value of goods. We are also not responsible for unclaimed parcels, customs holding times, or incorrect shipping addresses.

If for any reason you decide to reject the parcel, and/or not pay the custom fees, you will not be refunded for your order.
